This is an instrumental EP about the year 2020 (so far!), mental health, and how we may go about dealing with everything. Although there are only 2 songs on the EP, you can arrange them so it can actually run infinitely, like the cycle of being overwhelmed, and overcoming it, only to be overwhelmed once more etc.

The tracks 'Overwhelm' and 'Overcome' are individual songs which can be joined together to make one long song, which is track 3, 'Overwhelm / Overcome'. In turn, the song 'Overwhelm / Overcome' can be looped or duplicated, because the end of the song Overcome leads perfectly into the start of the song Overwhelm. That is the 4th track, 'Incessant Circle', which can run indefinitely.
